Frank P. Dec

Principal

Frank has extensive experience in Real Estate Law and entrepreneurship. He is a licensed attorney, title insurance agent and real estate broker.  Frank has personally conducted over 10,000 real estate closings as the bank attorney for various lending institutions.  He is a New York State licensed Title Insurance Agent, and a New York State licensed Real Estate Broker.  His businesses handle transactions nationwide and since 2003, have facilitated over 400,000 property transfers valued at over $1 Billion. 

Frank is a 1996 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, receiving a Certificate in Taxation from the Law School while working closely with the New York State Law Revision Commission.  He attended the College of St. Rose in Albany, NY, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts.

Frank is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, the United States Tax Court and the United States District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York. His practice is limited to Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Corporation Law, Leasing, Taxation, Title Insurance, Municipal Law, Estate Planning and Financing & Commercial Transactions.  He has published numerous articles in trade magazines and is also a frequent speaker on various topics concerning the law. 

Courtney Elizabeth Dec

Principal

Courtney is a 2021 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. During her time in law school, she was an Editor for the Buffalo Law Review and the Vice President of the Buffalo Sports & Entertainment Law Society. She attended Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY, graduating with a Bachelor of Science. 

Courtney is admitted to the Bars of the States of New York, Illinois, North Carolina and the District of Columbia.

Brian O'Laughlin

Of Counsel (VA)

Brian O'Laughlin is based in Richmond, Virginia and practices throughout the State. He specializes in criminal defense, family law (i.e. divorce, custody, and visitation), personal injury, social security disability, and real estate law. His passion for helping others has also led him to become certified as a Guardian Ad Litem for children.

 
Brian received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University in 2006 in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Shortly after realizing his passion was helping individuals with their legal complications, he changed career paths. He graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in Baltimore, Maryland in 2010.

Richard M.
