UNCLAIMED FUNDS

When someone dies intestate (without a Will), it can be difficult for family members and loved ones to locate all of their assets to make sure they are distributed properly.  Many times, there are bank accounts that family members of the deceased may not even know about.  When accounts remain open with balances that no one has claimed, the money is held by the state until someone claims them.  Our office can help you navigate the oftentimes confusing and difficult process of both searching for and claiming these funds to make sure they are distributed to the family members and beneficiaries of the deceased person.
